When you spill Antifreeze/Coolant TAKE 5 MINUTES AND CLEAN IT UP! your dog's will drink that puddle...it tastes sweet to them and 9 out of 10 times they are dead shortly afterwards. Not trying be a Karen, but my mother had a Shepherd that got into a drain pain of Antifreeze and was dead 24 hours later...not a pretty episode. Please please be careful, it only takes a a small amount. Awesome video though! LOL that's a beast of a machine!

I've been looking for utv rebuild videos and FINALLY found yours. Great video..Would be great to get a bsll park price you paid for it from the auction and parts etc for the rebuild...not hugely important but its great filler and nosey minds want to know lol. Personally, I'm too old for all the chit chat. Mostly because once you get to 40 years old, ones hearing perception changes..this only worsens as each year passes...Dude, I'm 6 years deep and I have to say thank God for the "Mute" option because it would have been 18:02 minutes of cats in a microwave if not. Don't take it wrong because it's a great video..im just old, it isn't your fault😂. Keep it up though, I hope there are many more to come..you'll get better at the chit chat with time just be normal and don't put much attention into being scripted just be off the Cuff and it'll be good. Get A metal trash can double line it with trash bags fill it up enough to flow through and out both ends of the exhaust pipe tips. Acetone in gallon.,or five gallons. Soak it for awhile in A heated element trolf barrel with electrical shocking just like. On how You would be if you we're. using A ultrasonic cleaning machine that does the same thing to.

Just a quick tip. It's much easier to open cat. to exhaust manifold joint from fender well. Wheel and fender liner has to come out. Don't put back fender liner as one piece. Cut it as front and rear piece. This gives you easy access for EGR, plugs and cat bolts. You can cut liner right before shock tower. So the rear piece has 3 snaps at fender 2 snaps on top and one screws. This set up can be removed much easier for future services.

did it run better with the cheap cats? I bought some from Amazon and it ran worse that it did with the stock bad cats...

Do you live in the rust belt? My truck (same year as yours) is a rusty mess, it will take some body work to do the cab for sure. The rockers are absolutely gone. I'll probably have to find a rust free bed....or whoever does the body work. I spent 1200 for my 03', and I've been going through and fixing all the mechanicals and upgrading parts as I go along. It will be stock.....but with a few tricks up its sleeve for daily driving, towing my boat, etc. I can't see spending the money people spend on new/used pickups, so I'm making this one my own.....all new, but in reverse, haha.
